Kristyn has served as the Communications Director for St. Francis of Assisi Parish in New Britain since 2023, and is thrilled to continue in that role for the parish’s new school, Chesterton Academy of St. Francis of Assisi!  She brings over a decade of experience with her, having worked in the Archdiocese of Hartford since 2015 as Media Manager for St. Mary’s (Annunciation Parish) in Newington and before that for Tribune Media (KTLA Los Angeles, WGN Chicago, PIX11 New York and FOX61 Connecticut) and the Connecticut Network (CT-N). She is a graduate, summa cum laude, of Central Connecticut State University where she received a BS in Communication. Kristyn is a native of central Connecticut and a lifelong Catholic.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children as well as staying active in the sport of figure skating.
